NOTES for Returning Product with an R.A.# (Return Authorization Number)

- Please register your bike BEFORE you apply for an RA#.
- Once your RA# is issued, please use UPS or FEDEX, both these carriers deliver daily directly to our loading
doc at our remote location in the backcountry of San Diego North County. You can use your tracking number
to get a “Proof of Delivery Notification” if necessary, but also to see when we receive your RA. USPS does not
deliver to the loading doc, and your package is not secure where they leave it on the street below the mailbox
or by our gate.
- Keep your tracking #. It is the customer’s responsibility to get the part here with the RA# clearly on the
product and on the box. Ellsworth can not be responsible for any product returned without and RA#.
- Within 10 business days we will either be in contact with you, or will resolve your RA.
- Please use your tracking number to see when we have received it,
- Please allow 10 business days before calling to check the status.
- Please enter your RA# in the UPS tracking box below to determine if the RA is on it’s way back to you.
- It’s not that we don’t want to talk to you, but we need to stay busy resolving your returns, rather then
answering the age old question of an excited anticipating person: “Are we there yet? Is it done yet? Did’cha
get it yet?” We will do our level best to expedite your RA. Please give us time to assess the situation, to
resolve or to present to you the potential resolutions.
- If you DO have to call after 10 business days, please have your RA# and your Proof of Delivery Notification ready.
