ELLSWORTH LIMITED (2) TWO YEAR FRAME LIMITED WARRANTY
Your purchase includes the following warranty which is in lieu of all other express warranties. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles, Inc. registered frames are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase subject to the conditions set forth herein. This warranty is extended only to the initial consumer purchaser and is non-transferable. This limited warranty applies only to Ellsworth bicycle frames purchased directly from Ellsworth or from authorized Ellsworth dealers or distributors. At its sole discretion, Ellsworth will repair or replace with like technology and model, any frame it determines to be defective due to defects in material and/or workmanship. This credit is towards like product only and has no monetary value. Ellsworth does not guaranty or warrant that it will continue to manufacture or sell the same type of frame that you purchased. Limited 2 year warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration or crash/collision. This warranty excludes components including but not limited to; suspension components, brakes, seat post and handlebar.

NO FAULT REPLACEMENT
In the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation, Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles Inc. may make replacement parts available at a charge to the original owner. Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles, Inc. performs this at its sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse this offer.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Labor and transportation charges to Ellsworth are not included. Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles, Inc. shall in no event be responsible for consequential or special damages outside of repair or replacement. For human safety reasons, damaged frames returned to Ellsworth for repair or evaluations that are deemed unsafe will be responsibly recycled.
Some states do not allow limitations of incidental or consequential damages so this may not apply to you.

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required from an Authorized Ellsworth Dealer (photocopy of sales receipt) and warranty must be completed within 60 days of purchase, where permitted by applicable law to validate protection under this warranty.

Voided warranty: The user assumes the risk of any personal injuries, damages to or failure of the frameset and any other losses incurred if the frame is ridden outside of it’s intended use.
